Masonry Works
- Supply labour to lay floor tiles with skirting at living room, dining room and household shelter/store room. Lay wall tiles at 2 toilets (owner supply all the tiles)
- Construct 50mm kitchen cabinet base with tiles skirting.
- Supply labour and materials to do cement screeding and lay waterproofing membrane for 2 toilets and kitchen.

Hack and remove existing floor and wall tiles in the kitchen, master bathroom, and common bathroom, including dismantling of the existing kitchen cabinet.

Demolish and remove the existing kitchen mortar base, fridge base, concrete sink support, and concrete hob support.
