Masonry Works
- Hack off existing floor and wall tiles in the kitchen and dismantle an existing kitchen cabinet.
- Hack off the existing kitchen mortar base and fridge base.
- Hack off the existing kitchen sink concrete support and hob concrete support.
- Supply labour and materials to construct a kitchen cabinet base and lay water-proof membrane in the kitchen.
- Supply labour and materials to do cement screeding in the kitchen
- Supply labour and materials to lay 600 x 600 mm floor tiles in the kitchen. (Owner supply tiles)
Electrical Work
- Supply labour and materials to run 1 cooker hood point and microwave / oven point.

Carpentry & Painting
